Cartly Auto — Shipping Policy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time: We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–8 business days.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Tracking: Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your order date, contact us at support@cartly.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Incorrect address: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Cartly Auto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at support@cartly.com if you need to update your address before shipment.
