Cartly Auto — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

To start a return: Contact us at support@cartly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
